Sourdough true to the core! No yeast, please. Made from Organic Wheat, stone-ground in-house, in our very own German flour mill. We slow grind our Whole Wheat to prevent heating and retain the nutrition value in the flour. The soft and spongy texture, makes this bread very versatile. Just slather some butter or use as a base for an open sandwich or grilled sandwich. One of our most popular breads, they fly off the shelf in a blink!
