We slowly ferment our gluten free bread for over 8 hours. Made from organic rice and buckwheat flour, the earthy taste of this bread gives it a stand-alone status. Great companion for soups, just as a butter-toast or use in sandwiches.
Baked fresh on order. Our bake cycles run every 2-3 days. Expect your fresh loaf within 2-3 days of placing order.
