Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

This is a reimagining of the classic chocolate-hazelnut pairing, engineered for flavor depth rather than sugar overload. It begins with whole hazelnuts, roasted in-house to bring out their natural oils and toasted distinctiveness. We blend these with single-origin cocoa and cocoa butter sourced from Kerala, known for its rich antioxidant profile.

To achieve the perfect texture and nutritional balance, we utilize A2 Desi cow milk and fortify the spread with chicory root fiber (Inulin) for gut health. Sweetened sparingly with raw organic brown sugar—using less than half the amount found in commercial alternatives—this spread allows the complex notes of the cocoa and roasted nut to shine through.

Composition:

Base: In-house roasted whole hazelnuts.
Cacao: Single-origin Cocoa powder and Cocoa butter (Kerala).
Dairy: Premium evaporated A2 Cow Milk Powder.
Sweetener: Organic Brown Sugar (low-glycemic profile).
Texture & Health: Fortified with Chicory plant fiber (Inulin) and emulsified with Sunflower Lecithin and Organic Cold-pressed Sunflower Oil.
Finish: Natural Vanilla Bean extract and Himalayan Pink Salt.
