We all seek connection, with each other, with ourselves. This quest leads us to express ourselves in many different ways. For us, a good satiating meal and coffee that hits the note became a medium of such a connection. Sharing the breakfast and dinner table, with meals beautifully laid out, made us realize that these simple pleasures are what bring us to life, if we do what we do with LOVE. Here we learn the art of accepting life as-is, in all its myriad forms, from a man who has mastered it - our mentor and guide whom we call, simply: Beloved.

We’re not just a café – G-Shot is a community run business, created from the living and breathing experience of people working to bridge the gap between what’s seemingly material and spiritual. Each of us works here hands-on. We source the best possible organic and locally sourced ingredients and make almost everything from scratch.
