Cancellations on coffee orders will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
Returns and Refund Policy
We pour out love into the products that we make and hope that you like them as much as we do. However, if you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from our website, please get in touch with us on orders@gshotcoffeeroastery.com for a replacement or refund, within 10 days of shipment. Please make sure to include:
- Your name,
- Date of purchase
- The items you would like refunded or replaced
- The reason for the return/replacement (optional, but we’ve love to use your feedback to improve our products)
Refunds are initiated within 7 days of notification and acceptance. You'll get a refund to the same payment method which was used at the time of the purchase. The amount of time it takes before the money is credited back to the customer's account depends on the clearing cycle of the customer's bank and can typically range between 8-12 days.
